Course Objectives

This programmer is developed for Change Agents within the organization tasked to lead or participate in continual improvement through the Cost of Quality Route. As we all know “Cost is more important than Quality, but Quality is the best strategy to reduce cost”. We should be aware that ‘Poor quality costs can make an organization lose 25% to 35% of sales amount due to a variety of reasons like warranty, compliant servicing, scraps, redesign, loss of resources and capacity due to rework and reprocessing, free replacement delivery, re-grade, additional discounts, loss of management time, loss of orders, loss of interest in delayed payments and loss of customers. Cost is inversely proportional to Poor Quality. A quality complaint can lead to multiple ripple effects that can impact 10X or more than just the replacement cost due to the above reasons.

This puts huge pressure on profit margin as everyone is trying to survive and grow in a limited market size. Every amount saved from the cost of poor quality will add to the profit margin.  Hence, it is the responsibility of a ‘certified quality cost Expert’ in every organization to identify, measure, analyze, reduce and prevent poor quality from being generated in every process and activity to contribute to reducing cost and ensuring profitability.

Prerequisites

Minimum 1 year of industry experience.

Certification Exam

• Each certification candidate is required to pass a written examination that consists of multiple choice and/or descriptive questions measuring comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
• The exam will be conducted online.
• It is only offered in English.
• Learners need to appear for the final test within 12 months of purchasing the course. Course access will remain till the access period as per the applicability

Note: For candidates clearing the exam successfully, the certificate shall be issued by Quality HUB India, which is a registered organization with GOI for training and certification courses.

Require a hard copy of the certificate?

As per company policy, The paid amount for any course less than or equal to Rs 4000/- will be eligible for E-certificate only. For the hard copy of the certificate Rs 500/- will be paid by the candidate in addition to the individual course. In case the learner requires a hard copy, need to follow the below steps:

Note: Send a request for a hard copy certificate via email to [email protected]. Mention Course Name and a screenshot of payment. This is applicable to dispatch within India only. Outside India, the actual cost of dispatches shall apply.

Step 2: Fill Candidate Registration Form attached in your Course Content Section and submit it in the QHI Portal with a complete postal address and payment ID of INR 500/-

Step 3:  You must wait 30 days to get a hard copy of the Certificate.

No additional documents, formats, templates, etc. shall be provided by QHI.

• The course to which you have subscribed cannot be replaced with another course.
• It is not possible to cancel a course once it has been purchased.
