The goal of this training is to assist employees in identifying the underlying causes of any issues and resolving them to prevent future occurrences. Since a short-term focus does not help a company in terms of profitability or growth, this course places a strong emphasis on a long-term focus attitude toward problem solutions. Step 3: You must wait 30 days to get a hard copy of the Certificate.
