Introduction

The tools help to develop and sustain a strong customer focus and improve all processes by identifying rejects, determining causes, suggesting improvements, and establishing traceability of each process. The 7 QC tools are fundamental for Continuous Improvement.

This course will show the participants the basics of teamwork and problem-solving how the 7 QC Tools are used in problem-solving and a step-by-step approach to proper root cause analysis with examples.

Certification Exam

  • Each certification candidate is required to pass a written examination that consists of multiple choice and/or descriptive questions measuring comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
  • The exam will be conducted online.
  • It is only offered in English.
  • Learners need to appear for the final test within 12 months of purchasing the course. Course access will remain till the access period as per the applicability
  • Learners can clear their doubts arising during the study within 01 years from the date of purchasing the course

Note: For candidates clearing the exam successfully, the certificate shall be issued by Quality HUB India, which is a registered organization with GOI for training and certification courses.

Require a hard copy of the certificate?

As per company policy, The paid amount for any course less than or equal to Rs 4000/- will be eligible for E-certificate only. For the hard copy of the certificate Rs 500/- will be paid by the candidate in addition to the individual course. In case the learner requires a hard copy, need to follow the below steps:

Step 2: Fill Candidate Registration Form attached in your Course Content Section and submit it in the QHI Portal with a complete postal address and payment ID of INR 500/-

Step 3:  You must wait 30 days to get a hard copy of the Certificate
